It’s completely in black and white. Terminology is that of a foreign country. Not American. Like capsasin. We all know that means pepper. But there are many many vairieties of peppers. A lot of the recipes call for it. But there’s no way to know exactly what kind. It’s like that through the book. And paw paw? That’s an ingredient that no one has. I’d go with a different book. I’m returning this one myself.
I bought this book because it bragged about having pictures inside.....I shared a picture of the black and white photo they used in the book.
